Opening of Dubai Mall and Dubai Snowdome (in Dubailand)

I am planning to go to Dubai during Christmas this year. It seems that the Dubail Mall and Dubail Snowdome will be opened for service by that time. Please advise me their official opening days asap by this Friday (24 Oct). Thanks.

My husband, Captain Peter A. M. Griber, (USN) had command of The Coral Seal Naval Air Carrier. He spent a lot of time in Dubai and knew so very much about the Persian Gulf and territories. His stories of living in Dubai and having dinner with the charming and nobel Rulers made him very happy. He wished to return to that fabulous place; he died too soon, too early. What's the requirements of Trade liecense of this and how much I have to pay for Liecense if I have a flat of one bed hall there in sharjah on rent of 30,000. AED. We are once more coming to Dubai to play Bowling with the Emirates Airline. If we want to make a trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, can we do it for one day only??? How about the beaches will they be clean when we arrives We will be in Dubai from the 28th October to the 6th November Thanks for your help looking forward to come to Dubai again
